TAŞERON bu konuda hiçbir itirazda bulunamaz, hak talep edemez. TAŞERON faturalardaki işçilik oranını tutturabildiği oranda primlerini yatırıcaktır. Taksitlendirme yapıldığı takdirde taksit tutarlarının tamamı TAŞERON cari hesabından defaten düşülür. TAŞERON, kendisinin veya alt yüklenicilerinin çalışanlarının ölümü veya yaralanmasına yol açabilecek kazalar sonucunda meydana gelebilecek dava, mahkeme, talep, masraf, harç ve giderlerden dolayı MÜTEAHHİT ’i muhatap göstermeyecek, her türlü zarar ziyan ve ödentiyi karşılayacaktır. TAŞERON, bu masraflarla ilgili MÜTEAHHİT’e rücu etmeyeceğini şimdiden kabul ve taahhüt eder.	Translation - English Article 15-  The SUBCONTRACTOR will include all the employees within the scope of S.
